A day for 400 people is built by the people you never see.
Checking names at the desk, pointing people to the right hall, keeping sessions on time, helping the booths. You will see exactly how a conference runs.
What you would be doing
- Registration desk — checking people in from 09:00 in the main lounge, handing out badges and swag
- Wayfinding — pointing people to Regency, Galaxy, Delfino and Room C, and keeping the doors flowing
- Session support — timekeeping, running the mic, helping with Q&A
- Booth support — helping community and sponsor booths set up and run
- Documentation — photography and notes from the floor
Who we are looking for
- Anyone interested in security or development. Students welcome.
- Available from the morning through to the end of the day
- First time is fine — we will brief you on your role in advance.
Dates
- Applications close: 4 October 2026
- Results: 6 October 2026 — everyone who applied hears back individually.
- On the day: 28 November 2026, meeting before doors open at 09:00
